Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activities while observing resident attendance, behavior, and involvement levels. Encourage participation as appropriate and transport residents to and from programs and outings. Coordinate with other departments and staff, interview residents or families for activity information, and assist in arranging transportation. Participate in discharge planning, develop activity care plans, and maintain quality assurance reports. Complete necessary administrative forms and assessments.
