Job Summary
Facilitate and lead group activities for residents while providing one-on-one support tailored to individual needs. Encourage participation, accurately document attendance, and maintain cleanliness of activity supplies. Assist with transporting residents to and from activities, support outings and special events, and complete charting, evaluations, and documentation during shift. This role requires creativity, organization, and experience working with Alzheimer's, dementia, or special needs populations. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Creative, energetic, and self-motivated
- Flexible schedule; some evenings, weekends, and holidays required
