Job Summary

Activities Aide coordinates and delivers life enrichment programming for residents, organizing, promoting, implementing, and evaluating individualized activities (one-to-one, small group, and large group) to maximize independence. Responsibilities include completing documentation such as person-centered care plans and progress notes, maintaining activity participation records, creating and managing calendars, providing one-on-one programming for residents who cannot participate in group activities, guiding staff on the impact of life enrichment on residents' quality of life, ensuring compliance with state/federal/company guidelines, maintaining time/attendance and inventory records, and assisting with planning and delivering community events and decorations for activities. Must uphold Frontida’s values, acknowledge employment terms, and be able to commute to locations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Must complete probationary period successfully.
  • Must be able to be flexible and work alone if necessary.
  • Complete applicable CBRF classes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, team members, peers, and other professionals appropriately.
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills.
