Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming while leading recreational programs to promote social well-being. Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff and participate in care planning to facilitate personalized, resident-centered support. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both residents and staff throughout the shift. Full-time and every other weekend schedule with a salary of $15.50 to $17.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as an Activities Aide / CNA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
