Job Summary
Organize and lead daily activities for residents in the day care program, tailoring each session to their individual wishes and capabilities. Facilitate social interaction and group dynamics while promoting self-reliance, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all participants. Collaborate with coaches and care professionals to coordinate support and document resident progress. Requires MBO+ level with experience in disability care or mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- In staat om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook goed in teamverband
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring in het begeleiden van activiteiten in de gehandicaptenzorg of GGZ is een pré
- Affiniteit met onze doelgroep en talentontwikkeling
