Job Summary
ActiveOne: Sales Supervisor oversees and coordinates the Health Solutions Team's administrative and sales-support activities, including renewal preparations, contract management, and documentation of customer transactions. Responsible for supervising Admin Associates, processing sales orders/quotations/contracts, collaborating with sales/logistics/finance to ensure order fulfillment and billing, developing efficient procedures to support the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, generating regular sales reports, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, helping set KPIs and targets, leading process improvements, and attending BDAMT and OPCOM meetings with action follow-ups. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or related supervisory/operations roles, with strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, Administrative Supervision, or Operations Support
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management committees
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
