Active Trader Product Manager

AI-native Product Manager for TradeStation's Active Trader product line. You will write structured, machine-readable specs that AI agents build from, orchestrate Claude and spec-kit tooling, and drive the customer experience for advanced trading platforms (options, futures, equities). You will own the spec queue, generate BRDs/epics/stories using Claude and internal PM-spec skills, and iterate specs with AI agents to shorten feature cycles (2–5 days). You will partner with design and engineering to ship features that improve trade volume, post-trade visibility, and retention, and build self-service analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs. A strong foundation in active trading, AI tooling ( Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Spec Kit, Cowork ), and cross-functional collaboration is required; experience translating domain knowledge into precise, actionable specs for engineering agents is essential. You should have a solid PM background, be comfortable with data-driven decision-making, and possess hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows and analytics platforms. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in product management in financial services; Series licenses are desirable.
