Active Life Coordinator

Active Life Coordinator who develops and executes activities to help residents thrive within a memory-care setting. Responsibilities include leading exercises, creative arts, culinary activities, social interactions, and personal engagements; coordinating group activities and off-site excursions; tailoring activities to residents’ preferences; fostering meaningful connections with residents, families, and other team members. Must demonstrate a love for seniors, positive rapport, and flexible availability (evenings/weekends as appropriate). Prior experience with seniors and/or memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
