Job Summary
Develop and execute activities such as exercise classes, creative arts, culinary creations, and off-site excursions to support residents in the Petals Memory Care Program. Assist individuals with chosen activities, ranging from group engagements to personal interactions, fostering meaningful connections and life fulfillment. Maintain positive rapport with residents, team members, and families while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with seniors and/or experience in memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred
