Active Law Enforcement Off Duty Officer

Maintain a visible, armed law enforcement presence inside the public building to deter threats and enhance safety. Conduct routine patrols of common areas, offices, entrances, and exits while monitoring for suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, or security concerns in accordance with law enforcement standards and departmental policy. Coordinate effectively with building management, employees, and emergency personnel, enforce applicable laws within off-duty authority, and prepare incident documentation as required.
