Job Summary
Conduct preparation of vaccine components in an aseptic clean room using virus and cell culture techniques per USDA regulations. Ensure Standard Operating Procedure compliance during process execution and review in-process documentation for accuracy. Assist with training and coaching employees on required skills while participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Demonstrate commitment to EHS programs and support site projects including deviation and change control management. Requires clean room knowledge, Lean Manufacturing understanding, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Full-time role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Clean room and aseptic technique knowledge
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Basic math skills
- Equipment/automation troubleshooting skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
