Job Summary
Oversee the full lifecycle of campaign management for a client portfolio, acting as the final approval point for all launches and driving the team's testing strategy. Collaborate with Solutions Planning to meet agency KPIs, serve as the primary activation contact for development teams, and present in-depth post-campaign analysis to internal stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex campaign and billing issues, coordinate with senior members to resolve escalations, and ensure financial accuracy across the portfolio while overseeing reporting processes. Manage expectations and build strong relationships to deliver exceptional client experiences within a hybrid London-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading, or Campaign Management
- Familiarity with multiple DSPs
- Deep understanding of the online advertising industry, including ad targeting, DSP/SSP optimisation, and relevant metrics
- Proficiency in Excel
- Analytical skills
- Ability to manage expectations
