Activation Executive responsible for end-to-end activation of Outdoor advertising campaigns at Global Outdoor UK. Responsibilities include campaign coordination and delivery (booking administration, production requirements, site tours, post-campaign analysis), briefing responses and commercial support (developing responses/presentations, competitive insights, contributing to sales targets), and systems, reporting & stakeholder collaboration (maintaining dashboards/databases, leveraging audience/revenue tools, sharing market updates, cross-department collaboration). Key skills include campaign coordination, data tooling (PowerPoint, Excel), strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. UK-focused media environment with emphasis on Global’s Outdoor portfolio and collaboration with specialists, clients, and internal teams.
