Job Summary
Orchestrate high-visibility taskings and drive cross-functional alignment to support critical national security priorities. Monitor key deliverables, track action items to completion, and audit final submissions for quality and compliance with Intelligence Community customers. Identify bottlenecks in leadership workflows and implement process improvement initiatives while designing, optimizing, and documenting standard operating procedures. Communicate effectively with senior-level government clients to provide a holistic view of the mission ecosystem and empower transformation of day-to-day practices. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 5+ years supporting Intelligence Community customers, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary ranges from $77,600 to $176,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Intelligence Community customers
- Experience overseeing day-to-day office operations, monitoring key deliverables, and tracking action items to completion
- Experience identifying bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives across leadership workflows
- Experience with the lifecycle of executive taskers, routing assignments, monitoring deadlines, and auditing final submissions for quality and compliance for Intelligence Community customers
- Experience with government tasking tools
- Ability to design, optimize, and document core business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior level government clients
- Ability to think proactively and identify critical gaps in coordination process
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
