Job Summary
Develop new action tasks that members complete weekly to create measurable real-world impact while researching ideas across business, technology, science, public policy, and nonprofits. Build partnerships with external organizations and take ownership of the full lifecycle of Action projects from inception through performance evaluation. Design thoughtful member experiences to improve completion rates and manage reporting on results to stakeholders. Work directly with Founders to shape organizational strategy and internal processes. This early-stage nonprofit addresses global crises affecting billions of people by fostering an online community where members commit 15 minutes per week to positive impact.
Required Qualifications
- Is highly entrepreneurial
- Founded or worked at a start-up
- Created/managed the full lifecycle of projects
- Has a history of creating and building on their own and takes initiative
- Enjoys solving open-ended problems
- Has diverse work and hobby experience
- Learns quickly across different subject areas
- Builds strong analytical thinking
- STEM background
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with a grant-making organization (preferably in environmental, poverty, democratic institutions, or technological developments)
- Experience or studies in Symbolic Systems a plus
