Job Summary
Acting Primary Learning Leader leads data-informed improvement in student outcomes at St Kevin's Primary School. Responsibilities include providing professional support in using data to track progress at individual, cohort and whole-school levels; giving teachers feedback on classroom pedagogy and planning; supporting the use of formative assessment to inform curriculum decisions; promoting literacy and numeracy practices across curriculum areas; and monitoring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student achievement data to accelerate literacy progress. Requires contemporary skills in mentoring/coaching teachers, strong data analysis, and knowledge of literacy and numeracy strategies; current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers is required.
