ACTING MANAGER

Acting Manager role overseeing a La Vie en Rose store in Bromont under regional sales manager, responsible for ensuring smooth store operation, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales objectives. Lead activities across sales, human resources (recruitment, training, staff development, performance evaluations), marketing/visual presentation, and administration. Responsible for recruiting and training the team, planning schedules, monitoring attendance, managing labour disputes and disciplinary actions per policy, maintaining planograms and store visuals, analyzing sales performance, developing action plans to boost sales, and collaborating with mall administration and head office.
