ACTING MANAGER

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the regional sales manager, you will be responsible for making sure the store runs smoothly and that your team provides the best possible customer service. Your role will involve meeting overall objectives and maintaining our corporate standards for customer service, sales, operational performance and visual presentation. You must also be familiar with effective recruiting techniques, provide meaningful training, and use staff development and evaluation tools to motivate your team and help them shine. The role encompasses SALES (optimizing store performance, training to master customer service, analyzing results, scheduling, setting goals), HUMAN RESOURCES (leading and developing the team, recruiting and training, performance evaluations, labor/disputes) and MARKETING/ VISUAL PRESENTATION (product knowledge, displays, inventory management, competitor insights, brand presentation, planograms, mall collaboration), ADMINISTRATION (analyze reports, open/close, manage expenses, head office collaboration, policy adherence). PERMANENT, FULL TIME.
