Job Summary
ACT Team Supervisor provides clinical oversight and leadership for the ACT Team, collaborating with the Director of ACT Team to meet performance outcomes and maintain fidelity to the ACT model. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical and administrative operations, leading daily and weekly meetings, coordinating intake, directing daily service delivery, providing person-centered service coordination, attaining productivity targets, collaborating on treatment plans and assessments, conducting outreach, supporting participants in living at home, completing and maintaining service documentation and records, organizing community activities, coordinating referrals to community services, participating in on-call rotation, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory reporting, attending required meetings, promoting positive outcomes such as reduced homelessness, hospitalizations, and drug use, and supporting the Director and team as assigned. Required skills include leadership, ability to work under stress and irregular hours, knowledge of community resources, strong communication and computer skills, and a background in management or supervision; education preference is a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field (or a Bachelor’s with at least 5 years of ACT experience).
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to interface effectively with employees, patients, and community.
- Ability to deal under stressful situations often dealing with patients, families, and subject to irregular hours and on-call responsibilities.
- Knowledge of community resources
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer literacy
- Experience in a management or supervisory capacity preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of the ACT model with a willingness to promote and respect the philosophy
- Preferred Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, or Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience working directly on an ACT Team.
