Job Summary
The ACT Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities of an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, including supervising team members, developing treatment plans, coordinating care for clients with severe mental illness, and ensuring services adhere to best practices. This role involves conducting assessments, monitoring client progress, and advocating for their needs. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities include directing clinical operations, scheduling staff, and participating in recruitment and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Social Work or social services related field
- Six plus years of clinical experience
- Valid Driver's license
