Job Summary
We are looking for teachers to perform virtual-only tutoring in ACT/SAT English/Reading for K-12 students. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant teaching experience, with a focus on flexibility in scheduling during daytime hours. Proficiency in Google Classroom and Zoom is required, and having an active teaching credential is essential. The position offers competitive pay of up to $32 per hour plus bonuses, making it a lucrative part-time opportunity. Additional qualifications such as intervention experience or bilingual skills are considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of Math and/or ELA lead teaching experience in a U.S., K-12, public, private, and/or charter school
- Ability to instruct ACT/SAT English/Reading
- Daytime availability (e.g., 8am-10am, 12pm-3pm Eastern)
- Working knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom
- Active teaching credential
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with remediation, intervention or small group instruction
- Experience with secondary math
- SPED or ELL teaching experience
- Bi-Lingual
- AP course experience
