Job Summary
ACT Mental Health Professional in Burnsville, MN provides individual and group psychotherapy and community-based supports to help individuals live more independently. Responsibilities include developing Individual Treatment Plans, delivering empirically supported psychotherapies (e.g., CBT for psychosis, behavioral activation for depression, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing), collaborating with family members and significant others, documenting status changes, ensuring continuity of care, and participating in a 24-hour on-call rotation, team meetings, and trainings. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field and two years of experience (one in community-based mental health with adults); Minnesota licensure preferred or eligible with licensure within 24 months. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or human services related field

- Licensed as a mental health professional in Minnesota preferred or eligible for licensure with licensure obtained within 24 months
