Job Summary
Establish vocational and educational goals for each client by conducting comprehensive assessments of their history, needs, and interests. Lead clinical team meetings to integrate vocational training, adult education, ESL, and competitive employment into service plans. Provide individual and group vocational support while acting as an advocate for clients in workplace and educational settings. Deliver crisis intervention on a rotating 24-hour on-call basis and complete all required progress notes, data recording, and monthly face-to-face treatment contacts. Participate in all staff meetings, initial and follow-up training, and the development of 6-month service plans addressing housing, income, and wellness self-management.
