ACT Associate Director

Job Summary
Associate Director of the ACT program providing administrative, clinical, and operational oversight. Responsible for ensuring high-quality services align with Medicaid/TMACT fidelity standards, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and supporting crisis management. Partners with the Director on clinical monitoring, staff development, and program improvement, while maintaining regulatory compliance and robust external partnerships. Direct ACT services for at least 50% of time, manage documentation (IRPs/ISSPs), participate in on-call/crisis management, and oversee budget and billing processes. Maintains a team of up to 9 Recovery Support Specialists with a caseload not to exceed 90 active consumers.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Washington, D.C., as an LICSW, LPC, or licensed Psychologist
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting; ACT team experience preferred
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for engaging clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
