Job Summary
This role connects clients with the bank’s breadth of solutions to help achieve financial goals, balancing service requests and sales opportunities. It involves understanding client needs, providing subject matter expertise on financial solutions, asking probing questions, and pairing new banking products and services to meet client needs. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, creating customized solutions, selling and fulfilling banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans), quoting rates/terms/programs, and managing risk in transactions. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential.
