Review upcoming projects for readiness, materials, measurements, and job details to identify challenges before work begins, then train and mentor installers to maintain company standards. Maintain professional communication with homeowners throughout the process, resolving customer concerns promptly while driving timeliness, cleanliness, and quality. Own and maintain professional installation tools and a reliable vehicle. This production role blends hands-on installation expertise with leadership responsibility within a local, family-owned remodeling business serving greater Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- Strong construction background with ability and interest in framing and finishing
- Must own and maintain professional installation tools
- Must own and maintain a reliable truck, van, or SUV
- Outgoing, motivated, and professional attitude —someone who knows how to connect with clients and values a genuine commitment to service, client satisfaction, and growth
Desired Qualifications
- Installation experience with Acrylic skills would be ideal
- Experience with tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, and bathroom remodeling projects
- Experience leading projects and working independently to troubleshoot on site
