Job Summary
Install premium acrylic bath and shower systems while completing bathroom remodels using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills. Follow company installation standards to ensure quality workmanship, maintain a clean and safe work area, and communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project. Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system, complete installation paperwork and project photos, and keep vehicles stocked with necessary tools and materials. This full-time, year-round role in Greenfield, MA offers competitive hourly pay, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan for experienced installers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in carpentry, bathroom remodeling, home renovation, or a related trade
- Strong finish carpentry and installation skills
- Ability to accurately measure and install materials
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
