Acquisitions Specialist

Direct outreach to customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for showroom visits. Provide live market data on vehicles and follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. Utilize the CRM tracking system daily to manage inventory generation. No automotive experience necessary; an extensive two-week training program covers systems, scripts, and role-playing. This role supports Germain Cadillac of Easton in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales through better vehicle selection.
