Job Summary
Acquisitions and Strategic Investments Business Management Vice President role supporting ASI with portfolio valuations, reporting, and governance. Partners with Finance, Legal, Valuation Control Group, Compliance, and Principal Risk to deliver high-quality portfolio valuations, reporting, and governance for ASI’s strategic investments. Owns key management reporting, investment data management, and drives process improvements and automation. Team located in New York and London; position based in Midtown Manhattan.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years Finance and/or Business Management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong skills in structuring analyses and executive-ready presentations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, drive cross-functional workstreams, and influence across seniority levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
