Job Summary
Sales-focused Acquisitions Agent role with CT Valley Team, responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with property owners, negotiating purchase agreements, and acquiring properties. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting (cold calling), meeting with homeowners to evaluate acquisitions, building trust with sellers, negotiating deals, maintaining CRM, conducting in-person appointments and property visits, and helping to close deals while meeting acquisition and revenue goals. Requires strong communication, negotiation, persistence, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and willingness to travel for appointments; remote flexibility and uncapped commission potential are highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, business development, or a closing role
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold outreach
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments
- Real estate, mortgage, home services, or investment sales experience preferred
