Job Summary
Acquisition & Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the DoD via OUSD(A&S). Lead end-to-end delivery for a prototype cross-functional team, coordinating among product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to inform context engineering and drive execution. Translate mission needs into clear delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies; collaborate with design and technical leads to incorporate user needs; ensure delivery practices comply with government standards, security requirements, and accessibility guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in acquisition and sustainment portfolios
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional teams, preferably within government or defense environments
- Strong understanding of data visualization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience briefing senior leaders
- Experience working in agile environments
- Secret clearance required to start
