Acquisition, Subject Matter Expert - Fort Belvoir

Draft contracting memos including Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity Determinations, Brand Name Justifications, and Independent Government Cost Estimates. Coordinate teleconferences with IPT leads and leadership while generating weekly briefing slides on contracting activities. Maintain pre-award Work Breakdown Structures and update global spreadsheets tracking contract history, funding status, and invoice details. Support the Product Manager for the Army's United Network Modernization organization in cost estimating and acquisition requirement package development. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance and 8-10 years of related acquisition experience.
