Job Summary
Acquisitions Specialist to join a State Farm agency. Responsibilities include generating new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up; conducting needs-based conversations to identify customer insurance needs; quoting, presenting, and closing auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products; building and maintaining a strong pipeline; following up to convert opportunities; developing lasting customer relationships that drive referrals and retention; tracking sales activity and maintaining customer records; collaborating with team members to support agency growth; and maintaining compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations. Licensing requirements are contingent on obtaining Property & Casualty license before Day 1 and Life & Health license within 45 days; full licensing support and training are provided. Compensation includes competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses, with uncapped earning potential.
