Job Summary
Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach; develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities; schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals; collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies; track activity and report progress toward established objectives; maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures; seeks candidates who are strong communicators, relationship-builders, and service-oriented, capable of turning needs-based conversations into confident buying decisions; experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service and ability to obtain state insurance licenses are preferred.
