Job Summary
Draft, refine, and maintain core lifecycle artifacts including Acquisition Plans and Acquisition Program Baselines to ensure alignment with federal procurement regulations. Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to develop Concepts of Operations that translate mission needs into functional capabilities. Author and review Capability/Operational Requirements Documents to establish clear performance metrics and thresholds. Lead the preparation, assembly, and quality assurance of Acquisition Decision Event artifacts to secure formal approval at critical program gateways. Build, monitor, and update detailed Plans of Action and Milestones to track programmatic dependencies and recovery paths. Compile, verify, and format high-visibility deliverables for the Component Acquisition Executive while analyzing program metrics against established baselines. Facilitate risk identification sessions, maintain the program risk register, and develop actionable risk mitigation strategies. Monitor updates to federal acquisition directives and ensure program documentation adapts dynamically to changing mandates. Requires 10+ years of acquisition program management experience, a Master's degree is preferred, and U.S. citizenship with DHS or Top-Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of acquisition program management and master scheduling for large government programs in support of large IT/complex government programs
- Be a U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency
- DHS clearance with CBP, or DoD Top-Secret preferred

- Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field is preferred
