Job Summary
Acquisition Quality Manager position supporting NSWC Crane in Indiana. Lead and execute IT procurement activities, develop acquisition packages, generate NAV-IDAS ITPRs, prepare NAVSEA/NAVSUP statistical reports, maintain document libraries, and coordinate with AMS/AQM personnel to ensure compliance with policies and statutes. Responsibilities include requirements analysis for IT procurements, interfacing with customers to determine requirements, crafting solutions and justification write-ups, compliance validation, and data-tracking to improve quality and efficiency in Navy IT acquisitions. Requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a technical bachelor’s degree with extensive DOD acquisition experience; DAWIA certification preferred. On-site or hybrid work arrangement at Crane, IN with contingent contract status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited university
- Active Secret security clearance
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with DOD acquisition
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Familiarity with FAR and DFARS
- Working knowledge of NAVSEA IT
- DAWIA certification preferred
- US citizenship required
