Job Summary
Guide HNC Division Chief and System Program Managers through enterprise-level acquisition program execution, maintaining battle rhythm and delivering warfighter capability. Conduct rapid planning, course of action selection, and issue resolution to support integrated system-of-systems approaches. Analyze project efforts, review acquisition documentation for consistency, and maintain an enterprise view of program health by monitoring SMART, MARs, and Logistic Health Assessments. Serve as the primary SMART focal point to assist programs with guidance and coordinate functional staff reviews. Apply expertise in PPBE, budget principles, and modernization planning to provide expert solutions to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in a Program/Project Manager capacity
- at least three years working in a DoD acquisitions program
- Experience managing programs consistent with regulatory requirements specified in the DoDD 5000s series
- Superb communication skills orally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Cyber Network and Enterprise Environments, systems, and/or applications
- Experience and Knowledge with Cybersecurity concepts and technologies
- Experience in Agile methodologies and System/Software Engineering lifecycle
