Job Summary
Senior Acquisition Program Logistician supporting the Weapons Superiority Division at Robins AFB, GA. Responsibilities include developing and delivering compliant logistics documents for fielding and sustaining armament systems, providing logistics support across the acquisition lifecycle, coordinating with functional specialists, addressing IPS elements (PHS&T, sustainment, maintenance planning, training, manpower, facilities, IT systems, and more), performing logistics analyses (cost, reliability, maintainability), supporting PS-BCA and LCSP processes, and advising on logistics input for RFPs, SOWs, and CDRLs. Requires DoD IPS design and product support planning experience, experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle, and ability to work independently or in teams to ensure weapon systems readiness. May require travel and on-site presence; security requirements and related duties per AFI 23-101 are included.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Secret security clearance is required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional disciplines being performed OR master’s degree with seven (7) years of experience in the respective technical/professional disciplines being performed
- Willingness to travel if required
- In a stationary position 50% of the time
- Able to ascend/descend stairs as required
- Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed
