Job Summary
Acquisition Program Analyst, Senior role supporting the Secretary of the Air Force Headquarters in Washington DC. Responsibilities include advising on space-related acquisitions and program management for satellite space systems, launch capabilities, space control, and related ground terminals. Tasks cover budget preparation, SAE oversight, data analysis, requirements and strategy studies, program documentation, milestone decisions, funding allocations, and compliance tracking. Requires experience with DoD acquisitions, DoD budget cycles, and familiarity with tools such as IDECS, ABIDES, CCaRs, CRIS, and MS Office; Masters degree and active TS-SCI clearance are required. Telework is eligible; when the Pentagon reopens fully, position will be 100% onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligibility
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with DoD acquisitions
- Operational space experience
- Strong familiarity with DoD budget cycle
- Proficiency with IDECS, ABIDES, Executive CCaRS, CRIS, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
- Masters Degree in a Business or Engineering discipline
