Job Summary
Conduct detailed schedule analysis, including critical path evaluation and risk assessment, to develop and maintain comprehensive Integrated Master Schedules. Coordinate programmatic decision events, milestone reviews, and assessments while managing risk identification, mitigation strategies, and tracking within the program's Risk Management Plan. Generate IMS reports, including 30/60/90 outlooks and variance reports, and provide technical input for audience-appropriate briefs and presentation materials. Update program Fact Books, manage classified SharePoint sites, and draft Automated Message Handling System Naval Messages. Support workflow documentation reviews and generate reports from government data repositories.
Required Qualifications

- 0-2 Years of Experience
- 3-6 Years of Experience
- 7-9 Years of Experience
- Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Marine Corps policies related to providing complex acquisition analysis and planning and management support, not limited to DoD Instruction 5000.02, Adaptive Acquisition Framework and the Marine Corps Systems Command Acquisition Guidebook
- Familiarity with Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAP), Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs, Middle Tier Acquisitions (MTA) and Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
- Proficiency using data repositories and management tools, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to extract, update, and report program data
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds
- Close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
