Job Summary
Develop and implement tailored acquisition strategies for non-managed merchant segments in the Johor region while exploring new channels to manage merchant growth. Oversee the merchant acquisition pipeline, lead the sales team by designing incentive structures and payout processes, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Manage regional budgets to ensure allocation effectiveness and organize regular performance reporting to maintain healthy sales run rates. Based in Johor Bahru with onsite requirements, this role reports to the OC Growth & Commercial Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be locally based in Johor Bahru
- Bachelor's Degree (any)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- at least 5 years and above
- Previous sales team leader experience is a necessary
