Job Summary
Own the acquisition marketing strategy, driving new member growth across membership and Portfolio by balancing performance marketing with brand-led acquisition. Plan, forecast, and optimise marketing spend across digital channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and organic social media, while overseeing campaign delivery against budgets and targets. Lead CRM strategy through segmentation, automations, and flows to drive non-member engagement, and collaborate with the Digital Experience team to improve conversion rates and analyse emerging discovery platforms. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting, pull clear insights on acquisition activity, and continuously refine approaches based on data. Manage external agencies and build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to support shared objectives and foster a culture of innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to deliver high-quality work against defined objectives and deadlines
- Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships internally and externally
- A great team player, capable of working closely with different people and organisations to achieve objectives

- Demonstrable experience with core marketing competencies and practices
- Broad marketing experience across email, social, paid media
