Job Summary
Provide technical reviews and create, maintain, and update acquisition and milestone decision documentation. Implement and maintain a Risk Management Program while preparing deliverables such as reports, briefings, and product visuals. Monitor performance against plans to ensure cost, performance, and schedule objectives are met, and analyze project problems to propose innovative solutions. Develop project and program plans that support cost, schedule, and performance, and coordinate with contracting offices to support solicitation development, proposal evaluations, contract awards, and modifications. Track and monitor procurement actions through the acquisition lifecycle, ensuring compliance with DoD, Department of the Navy, and PEO C4I policies. Requires a Secret security clearance and 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or Navy.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or Navy
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Acquisition Management, Program Management or Finance
- Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner
- May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds, as necessary
- Position requires a Secret security clearance
- Must be a US citizen
Desired Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or Navy preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Acquisition Management, Program Management or Finance preferred
