Job Summary
Conduct IT procurement approvals by generating acquisition packages, analyzing requirements, and inputting Information Technology Procurement Requests into the NAV-IDAS system. Coordinate with AMS and AQM personnel to validate compliance against FAR/DFARS/NMCARS, resolve document discrepancies, and develop Procurement Data Packages for solicitation. Track in-progress requests, respond to rejections, and provide data analysis to improve quality and schedule efficiencies for Navy RDT&E environments. Maintain electronic and hardcopy document libraries while ensuring organizational adherence to Navy Information Dominance policies.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university
- Advanced degree
- Minimum of six (3) years' experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Minimum of ten (2-5) years of experience working with DOD acquisition
- Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
- Familiarity with IT for NAVSEA (compliance)
Desired Qualifications
- DAWIA certification
- Advanced degree preferred
