Acquisition Legal Counsel Associate Manager

Job Summary
Provide legal support for Accenture's M&A and strategic investment transactions, including due diligence, risk mitigation, and negotiation of transactional documents. Draft, review, and coordinate the execution of agreements for target companies while collaborating with deal attorneys, Legal Integration teams, and Procurement Plus V&A. Train team members on pre- and post-acquisition processes and develop checklists to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Liaise directly with internal stakeholders and external deal teams to resolve commercial and legal issues, adapting to complex engagements and cross-cultural environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 8 years of experience at law firm and/or as in-house counsel
- Experience in coordinating teamwork (or as individual contributor)
- Experience in M&A practice
- Strong knowledge of M&A transactions
- Strong knowledge of due diligence exercises
- Strong knowledge of general corporate business practices
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracting regulations
- Strong knowledge of subcontracting practices
- Ability to apply skills creatively to diverse stakeholder needs
- Ability to consistently and responsibly undertake contract drafting to a reasonable standard
