Job Summary
Generate financial analysis using Excel and Argus, and prepare investment committee memoranda detailing rationale, risks, and returns for senior evaluation. Conduct property due diligence including lease review, financial statement analysis, and coordinate activities with legal, finance, and third-party consultants. Finalize due diligence materials and prepare closing packages while assisting in business plan implementation and sensitivity analysis. Present investment opportunities to senior management and aid in ongoing post-close monitoring of assets. This role supports TIG's regional investment team overseeing sourcing, acquisitions, and asset management across core to value-add vehicles, driving disciplined execution for separate accounts and discretionary funds.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 3-5 years of real estate analysis experience
- Experience in Argus
- Experience in Excel
- Experience in Word
- Strong emphasis in Excel modeling capabilities
- Understanding of discounted cash flows
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire others on the team to consistently meet high standards
