Job Summary
Prepare weekly executive reports, meeting minutes, and briefing materials to support senior leadership at the Missile Defense Agency. Conduct deep-dive research on government property data, analyze contract requirement packages, and draft solicitations for specialized R&D weapon systems. Advise Procuring Contracting Officers on negotiations, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage acquisitions under FAR Part 7 guidelines. Maintain contract property compliance, process disposal packages, and build functional tools using Access and Visio. Coordinate technical evaluations, closeout engagements, and ad-hoc reporting while ensuring audit readiness. Maintain an active Secret Clearance and work on-site at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Required Qualifications
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance
- Minimum of a BA/BS
- at least one (1) years' experience directly supporting DoD program(s) or comparable commercial operations as an acquisition/program analyst overseeing cost, schedule, and performance
- Minimum of one (1) years' experience in DoD program management
- three (3) years' commercial experience in an integration environment providing strategic level analysis, communications, and staff coordination for executive level review
- Experience reviewing, processing, and formulating strategy products
Desired Qualifications
- Previous DAWIA Certification Level II (or equivalent) in Program Management
