Job Summary
Execute all aspects of SIGINT contract management, including conducting market research, developing acquisition strategies, and monitoring contract execution for nine OEMs and twelve government activities. Perform acquisition planning by drafting procurement plans, statements of work, and budget estimates, while assisting with proposal evaluations, negotiations, and change order management. Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations through rigorous oversight, cost analysis, and stakeholder coordination with program managers and legal counsel. Utilize data analysis to identify trends informing acquisition decisions and support requirements planning across the SIGINT portfolio. Maintain an active TS clearance and possess a Master's degree in a relevant business discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description
- MA/MS degree in a relevant subject or discipline
- At least 3 years of the 10 years of experience must be within the last 5 years
- Active TS Clearance
- Business or Business Discipline
- MA/MS in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics / Management, or related derivative degrees
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or discipline
- At least 15 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional descriptions
- At least 3 years of the 15 years of experience must be within the last 5 years
