Job Summary
Acquisition Analyst role focused on DoD/FAR/DFARS contract management and acquisition planning. Serve as the single point of contact for ACC and OGA contract activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop requirements and acquisition approaches, develop and route Support Agreements, manage and maintain CRP processes, utilize PCF to submit CRPs, and maintain documentation (PWS/SOW/J&A/D&F/RFP/ATP) in PCF/SharePoint. Provide SME support for impact analysis of programmatic and contractual outcomes, contribute to Product Team Spend Plans and Tech Estimates, and participate in PMRT/CCaR workflows. Requires active DoD Secret Clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience (or substitutions), strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with relevant government systems and contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and at least twelve (12) years of relevant experience
- Experience with FAR Part 15 contracts and contract cost tracking (CPFF, FFP, CPIF)
- Experience with processing orders against BOAs and IDIQs
- Experience with government systems such as Paperless Contract Files (PCF), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Document Access (EDA)
- Experience with CCaR/PMRT tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with contract documentation (PWS, SOW, J&A, D&F, RFP, O&A, ATP)
- Ability to develop and maintain CRP submissions and product team spend plans
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Engineering, Budget)
- Travel as required (occasional)
- Export-control/workforce compliance awareness
