Acquisition Account Manager, Mid-Market EMEA responsible for onboarding new mid-market Reddit clients, defining a Test & Learn roadmap, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and identifying early upsell opportunities to scale accounts within the first two quarters. Role requires leading onboarding, configuring Business Manager and initial campaigns, analyzing performance data, delivering data-backed optimization recommendations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client success and a smooth transition to the Goods Account Executive. The position emphasizes campaign performance optimization, ROI demonstration, building structured learning agendas, and maintaining strong client relationships while guiding advertisers through both organic and paid strategies on Reddit.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy role
- strong analytical skills
- proficient in Excel
- experience with Test & Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies
- understanding of digital measurement and tracking fundamentals
